Day Two: My Bedtime Reading
Ritual
The past two months my nighttime
reading has been abnormal. I typically try to go to sleep at 10pm in whatever
hotel I am at for the night. I lie in bed for an hour and read either from my
tablet or laptop. I have also tried doing audiobooks at night because they help
me fall asleep. This is not very helpful for actually finishing the audiobook
but still.
My normal when I am home reading
time is actually in the morning between 5:30-6:30am. I try to read for an hour
before getting out of bed and starting my day. I do try to read at least two
times a week at night but, that is when I pull the “One more chapter” and stay
up till 1am reading.
