The definition of Binge Reading is
Q1: How often do you
binge? (books, movies, T.V. etc)
For the past 4 months I have been stock piling some series
that are complete (or going to be complete) that I really want to binge read.
So a new feature on the blog will be once a month a whole post dedicated to a
series. This will start in November and continue hopefully until April.

lol im doing that now! I take one week to read all of the books. Mine is starting Oct. 27-Nov. 3rd with the entire 15 book series of the Morganville Vampires and then again Oct. 29-Nov. 1 for the Hollow series by Jessica Verday then again for the Beautiful Dark Trilogy and then again for the Iron Fey series lol thats just for Nov. I think it is going to get worse! Shatter Me series was GREAT! I so cant wait for Ignite Me!! I still need to read the others you have up there lol.

DeleteI saw your thing about Morganville Vampires I have read through book 5 just havent had money to go buy the rest. It is a really good series.
Jessica Verday has an interesting writing style with Hollow. It is one of the first series i reviewed on the blog.
Shatter Me was amazing. Unravel Me is on loan to one of my friends so I havent read it yet. Already Pre-ordered Ignite Me.

ReplyDeleteLove the idea of Binge Reading although I've only previously done it in regards to TV Series. Hello Seasons 1-5 of CSI. Can't wait to read your thoughts on the Matched series. Haven't read them yet.
ReplyDeleteI missed the last 2 seasons of Monk including the finale so i binged the whole 2 seasons in a week.
DeleteOne of my guy friends read Matched and he said it was okay just not his type of fluff. Which means I might be a fence rider on it. Will have reviews posted middle-end of Nov.

This is a great idea...there are so many series out there that I want to start and all the books have been released!
ReplyDeleteI tried to buy a couple as box sets but sadly a lot of finished series dont get put in boxes. I have the Iron Fey as a box as well as Amanda Hockings Trylle series.

Laini Taylor's books are exceptional I cannot wait to read the last one. And I'm in love with the cover. The Iron Fey series is wonderful, too, even though I like Julie's Blood of Eden books a bit more. Good luck with the binge! :)
