Synopsis:
"Gwen’s life has been a rollercoaster since she discovered she was the Ruby, the final member of the secret time-traveling Circle of Twelve. In between searching through history for the other time-travelers and asking for a bit of their blood (gross!), she’s been trying to figure out what all the mysteries and prophecies surrounding the Circle really mean."
Review:
I wanted to throw this book once I got to the last page. Not because it sucked but because I have to wait until October to get the third book. Which by the way i have already pre-ordered.
I'm curious as to how the last book will end because of the machine maybe getting all twelve of the travelers blood. I would have to say the most interesting thing in the second installment of Ruby Red would be the green rider and what the power of the raven might be.
The way Gier takes us back and forth through time is uniquely laid out. Never once was I confused about what time period I was reading in. Gideon made me swoon more than ever, and hopefully in the third book I don't want to punch him again.
I'd really like all three of my covers to be the same but sadly they did a cover redo on the second book.
