Any
Alice in Wonderland fanatic will enjoy this retelling or addition to the
classic tale. If you think you know Wonderland, you’ve never seen Wonderland
like this. Splintered truly does capture the “grotesque madness” in a whole new
light. Our favorite characters – Caterpillar, Red Queen, Twittle Twins and the Cheshire
Cat- return in a new light that explains how a young child can get confused
with a few “minor” details. Morpheus, the sexy creeper from Wonderland, is
Alyssa`s guide while her and her childhood “friend” are in Wonderland. If I
hadn't started a blog, chances are that I would have stayed in my little bubble
and missed picking up a gem like this. That, my friends, would have been a
travesty!

Howard is going to go on my Insta-Buy list. This author can write and I mean
write amazing. Descriptive paragraphs that place you smack dab in the idle of
every action, romanced scene. The cover both the jacket and hardback itself are
amazing and fit the story eloquently. I also loved the font at the beginning of
each chapter. Oh speaking of chapters they were long but worth every page. I
got yelled at several times for reading at the table and not going to bed on
time.
I loved this so much! "Grotesque Madness" is the perfect description, and the cover is to die for! So glad you enjoyed it!
